1. 1. General
Owing to the ever-increasing demand for relay protection, test and inspection on volt-ampere curve and 10% error curve of AC mutual inductor have arose the attention of power system more an more, and for reason of that, our company self-developed a new generation of FKFA volt-ampere characteristics tester based on extensive opinion from user, which is controlled by high speed single chip microcomputer, with voltage booster inside, making possible the onsite auto-test of CT volt-ampere characteristics and transformation ratio and polarity through single computer. 1A mutual inductor of 500kV is measurable when special external voltage riser is adopted. The equipment adopts 320*240 large screen graphic LCD that has a clear display under hard light, and RS232 interface which can communicate with PC for test data upload. Convenient operation of equipment with rotating mouse.
2. Main characteristics on product
Full automatic test, in which parameters such as max test voltage and max current require be configured, starting from zero voltage step-up automatically.
Functionality, when test is done, curve of volt-ampere characteristics can have an automatic display; test data of volt-ampere characteristics, curve of 10% error, or data of 10% error are options for display, also are transformation ratio and polarity.
Easy operation and easy wire connection, tests of volt-ampere characteristics, transformation ratio and polarity can be done at one time, in which change of connection mode is not needed.
Transformation ratio can be tested without heavy current, a requirement in traditional test.
External voltage booster is optional, the highest step-up value being 2000V. Special external voltage booster is adopted when doing volt-ampere characteristics test of 1A current mutual inductor of 500kV.
320*240 large screen graphic LCD with black and white is adopted, having a clearer display under highlights.
With panel printer to print curve and data tested.
Test data and relating parameter can be saved 50 times respectively at one time, and not lost when running into power fail, with RS232 communication interface for uploading test data to PC.
